Question How do I upgrade my account?
Answer
You are free to upgrade your account anytime at no additional charge.  Simply contact our Technical Support Department and let us know which package you would like to upgrade to.

Question How long until my domain name is transferred to your servers?
Answer
Generally, the transfer of a domain name will take anywhere from 2 to 4 days.  However, ADDR.com offers immediate account activation and your site is always accessible at "www.yourusername.addr.com".
Question What is an "InterNIC" charge and how much is it?
Answer
InterNIC charges refer to the annual fees of domain names.  The charges (Network Solutions only and prices subject to change) are as follows: $35 per year for a .com, $30 for a .net, $25 for a .org, and $50 per year for .ws, .cc, and .tv.  Network Solutions is currently offering a discount for registering a domain name for multiple years in advance.

Question What address do I publish to if I use FrontPage?
Answer First make sure you have FrontPage extensions, and then always publish to: "http://www.yourusername.addr.com"
Question If I used FrontPage to design my site, can I use an FTP program to upload it?
Answer
If you designed your site with FrontPage, you should always use the "Publish Web" feature for uploading your files.  Using FTP can corrupt the bits of FrontPage specific HTML code, causing your page(s) to appear incorrectly.

Please use "ftp.addr.com" as the host name/address or if you publishing from behind a firewall, please use ftp##.addr.com.  Where ## is the number of the server that you are hosted on.  If you are unsure of this, please contact us.
