Not only do they provide affordable hosting and E-Commerce solutions but their customer service has been some of the best and truly helpful I have run across. From helping me resolve issues in moving my domain name from my old host, setting up the servers I needed, to migrating my site in a timely manner they have shown nothing but patience and professionalism. Having worked tech support in the past, one of the most important things to me is that if they don't know the answer right away (and I have asked some tricky questions) they will find it out and get back to you with a solution (without waiting for days).
