Error Message: "Could not find a Web server at 'username.addr.com'.
Please check to make sure that the Web server name is valid and
your proxy settings are set correctly. If you are sure that everything
is correct, the Web server may be temporarily out of service".
Causes/Description: This error message is the result
of attempting to publish to an incorrect user name or server location.
Solution: Remember to always publish to
"http://www.long_user_name.addr.com".
