This error message indicates that either your password or your username was entered incorrectly. Please make sure that you are entering only the first 8 characters of your username. Also, please keep in mind that usernames and passwords are case sensitive.

Please use "mail.addr.com" as your incoming mail server (also known as POP3 server).
