Please read the following information carefully before proceeding.
It is not necessary to close an Account for any of the following
- Changing an Account plan (Basic, Silver, Gold)
- Adding or replacing domain names
- Changing a billing period, or
- Changing Account holder information
Account closure requests will be processed
within five to seven working days effective from the date of
Hosting Accounts are automatically renewed
based on their billing cycle, along with any and all features
associated with them.
Hosting Accounts may be terminated for any of
the following reasons:
- By ADDR.com in the event of nonpayment by the customer;
- By ADDR.com, at any time, without notice,
if, in ADDR.com's judgment, the customer is in violation
of any term or condition of the Usage Policy, or the customer's
use of the service disrupts or, in ADDR.com's
judgment, could disrupt, ADDR.com's business operations;
- Within the first 30 days of the contract
between ADDR.com and the customer, as outlined in
our 30 day guarantee (see below).
Customers who choose to
cancel their Accounts prior to the end of their billing cycle,
and after the initial
30 day guarantee period:
- will be obligated to pay all fees and charges
accrued prior to the effectiveness of such cancellation, and
- will forfeit any and all pre-paid fees for
standard hosting and extra services for the months remaining
after effectiveness of cancellation.
Any cancellation request shall be effective
30 days after receipt by ADDR.com, unless a later date is specified
in the request.
In the event that ADDR.com determines that
inappropriate usage of this account warrants immediate termination,
reasonable efforts will be made to inform the customer of the
action, but ADDR.com shall take no such further steps as required
by law. Notification of Account cancellation will be done by
email. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure
that ADDR.com has a current and valid email address for them.
If a customer activates a new Account, after
ADDR.com's cancellation or termination of a previous Account,
due to delinquent payments or violation of our Terms of Service,
without ADDR.com's prior approval and consent, ADDR.com reserves
the right to cancel the customer's new Account. All dues and
fees paid to date, regardless of whether service has been rendered,
will be forfeited. Additionally, any amounts due on the new
or previous Account will be immediately payable.
Transferring of a domain name to another hosting
provider does not constitute the cancellation of an ADDR.com
Hosting Account. The customer must notify ADDR.com to formally
cancel an account and avoid accruing additional charges.
Accounts are not terminated due to non-use.
ADDR.com will continue to bill the customer for hosting fees
even if the customer does not use the Account for any given
length of time. Customers will still be held accountable for
all fees related to the Account up until the time of cancellation.
ADDR.com offers a 100% satisfaction, money
back guarantee, within 30 days of Account activations. Only
standard hosting fees will be refunded. Furthermore, ADDR.com
will not and cannot be responsible for any fees that hosting
customers charge for services to their users. Our guarantee
does not apply to accounts which violate our acceptable use
policies or which exceed the data transfer limits during the
first 30 days.
