Majordomo does not respond to my help message requests or the message
that I have sent ends up in my regular mail box
This particular error is usually the result of one of two situations:
- Your account has an MX Record associated with it. There is
no fix for this. With an MX Record associated with your account,
our servers do not handle the mail; therefore, the Majordomo
mailing list never even sees the request.
- You have email forwarding/redirect set up on your account
so that all of your email is being sent to something other than
your primary pop box.
To fix this situation, you must allow all mail associated with
Majordomo to go to your primary pop box. This can be accomplished
by adding the following entries to your email forwarding/redirect
configuration in your control panel.
